1. Asia Supply chain manager
· Reporting: Direct to Wenhai Li /PAC MD GM； function report to Christophe
· Develop, manage and improve PAC(Power Automation& Controls) LCC Sourcing in Asia.
· Global sourcing to support PAC Move to Asia. Undertake major contract negotiations within the approved pricing policy and establishes procurement programs to match the company's requirements.
· Develop and implement strategies to manage supply chain requirements at a local level to suit global requirements including but not limited to procurement, warehousing, material cost competitiveness, inventory and material flow effectiveness.
· Will manage Supply Chain for Asia Region: China, India, Malaysia, Australia...
· Implementation and management of key suppliers and related contracts and develops strong commercial relationships with all current and future qualified suppliers to ensure a viable and enduring partnership.
· Review, develop and manage materials planning, demand and supply functions for goods and materials demanded.
· Develop best practice solutions to supply chain problems by communicating with manufacturing and other key departments such as R&D dept.
· Excellent knowledge of electronic and good understanding of responsibility for R&D requirement.
· Excellent knowledge and experience of new supplier audit to insure the quality and performance of product.
· Maintain a reliable, timely and efficient distribution system that supports the customers' service requirements and includes best practices for actual usage, measurement and all supporting processes and transactions.
· Reviews global sourcing and purchasing activities to identify cost savings. Works closely with global planning and sourcing organizations to manage cost and cash/ inventory.
· Supplier Risk management in Asia : in term of Quality, Financial or Ethical.

· PAC Sourcing amount in Asia
· PAC LCC Sourcing % in Asia = International Sourcing % + Domestic /local Sourcing %
· Sourcing savings associated
· Number of Asian New suppliers qualified (as listed by PL central R&D)
4. Experience :
· Degree qualified in a relevant business or a mechanical/ electrical engineering discipline gained preferably overseas (English speaking based)
· Minimum 8 years experience years experience in Sourcing /Supply Chain and procurement and production planning.
· Strong business/ commercial acumen
· High level negotiation and organizational skills
· Fluent English skills in listening, speaking, reading and writing
