Vacancy：Commodity Mgr.
Report to: Commodity Management Team Leader
Location： Shenzhen

Responsibilities:
 Develop and execute Annual Operating Plan for Plastic/Rubber/Cable supplier base which includes supplier rationalization, productivity, vendor managed inventory, lead time reductions, payment terms, quality and delivery.
 Through the analysis of current spend, processes and practices, develop an overall sourcing strategy that supports the goals of the line of business including new product introduction, supplier consolidation, process standardization, material cost reduction, transaction cost removal, and process digitization that meets the annual operating plan.
 Work with the Global Commodity Management Team to identify viable and world class suppliers that can deliver customized supply solutions.
 Select and manage required suppliers who have the capacity and capability to meet the material needs of the business, effectively consolidate direct suppliers with identified strategic partners.
 Design and deploy supplier delivery processes that are consistent with the identified strategies.
 Align with business to ensure appropriate sourcing measures and metrics are in place and deployed that measure progress against initiatives and develop necessary corrective action plans.
 Implement processes to enable technology driven processes including e-auctions of major spend opportunities.
 Ensure the purchase award to best supplier; material requirement planning and supplier management inventory systems are addressed.

QUALIFICATIONS 

 Bachelor in business, at least five - seven years sourcing experience in a global manufacturing environment.
 Demonstrated experience and knowledge of the electronics/distribution category.
 Solid sourcing NPI project experience with diversified global team
 VMI experience
 Fluent in oral English and good English writing skills
 Good command in Excel, PowerPoint
 Good communication and inter-personal skills
 Result oriented and self-motivated
 Can do attitude
