Job requirement |
|
- Drive end to end global supply chain process and capability improvement and development |
|
- Use strong process and data-driven analytical skills to guide the identification of key processes and/or systems that lead to optimal performance and the direction for resolution. |
|
- Use Lean manufacturing approach, tools, methodology for problem identification and solving |
|
- Be capable to drive cross-functional teams to be engaged on the key business and process improvements |
|
- Measure and demonstrate the impact to the business from project execution |
|
- Ensure rigor in project execution, deliverables, timing and status reporting, prioritizing and problem solving |
|
- Responsible for initiative Reporting and Tracking across the Supply Chain, functional groups and management
teams. |
|
|

Key Skills/Knowledge: |
|
- Strong on excellent English verbal and written communications skills (Testing required for Employment) |
|

- Previous Supply Chain Management experience required |
|
- Project Management skill |
|
-Be capable and willing to learn the others knowledge and skills related process improvement and development |
|
-Strong project leader, cross-functional discussion and a good team player. |
|
-Knowledge of ERP system is a plus |
|
-MS Office required, MS project prefered |
|
- Previous management experience in a matrix organization prefered |
|
|
|
Work Experience: |
|
- Over 8 years working experience in the field of SC ( one or more areas of SC, like as demand planning, Material/Production planning, Logistics handling, etc.) |
|
- Project management experience is required |
|
- Practical Lean experience is prefered, especially in supply chain area |
|
|
|
Education: |
|
- Bachelor degree or above, Master degree is preferred
