SIOP Manager
Description The SIOP manager will have responsibility to ensure best practice in forecasting, inventory planning, production planning, and supply planning for the Shenzhen site’s operation. He/she will play a key role in driving on time delivery, cycle reduction and inventory reduction to support business growth. Working closely with the functional and business leaders within group across different regions to implement and improve SIOP process. Principal Responsibilities
• Manage and improve sales forecast and order administrative process • Lead supply planning process to meet demand request • Lead to implement and improve SIOP process within site • Manage Shipping and logistic • Manage Hazard good delivery • Drive to improve customer satisfaction with good on time delivery • Drive to reduce order cycle time • Support to complete strategic inventory planning • Take the ownership of implementation of Honeywell Operation System deployment
Qualifications
• Bachelor degree with strong manufacturing/supply chain/logistics experience • Lean Expert qualification is an advantage • 12+ years of functional supply chain experience in at least one of the following functional areas: Demand Planning, Production and materials Planning, Inventory and Materials Management or Logistics • Good working knowledge of MRP, SAP or Oracle is preferable • Clear success in the delivery of planning capabilities, ideally in a complex, high volume, high variability environment • Adept at people and change management • Skilled in cross-functional facilitation and communication • Able to make change happen within a complex matrix environment • Fluent in written and spoken English
