Smart Phone Mechanical Engineer
Now Vestel is entering smartphone production and targeting 1 million smartphone production for first year.
The main responsibilities for this position will be as follows:
1. Smartphone Projects follow up. (All molds and parts issues)
2. Attend mold trials and give comments
3. Searching new mold shops for targeting cost/quality improvements
4. Support Purchasing/R&D for communication with suppliers.
5. Analyze Market trends for Smartphone mechanical structure and production techniques.
Key qualifications:
1. BS degree in mechanical engineering or equivalent.
2. Good spoken and written English.
3. Good communication skills, positive attitude, patience.
Requirements:
1. 2-3 years experience in Smartphone manufacturer or mold shop.
2. Familiar with plastic injection mold design and structure, can make constructive suggestions to mold structure and product design.
3. Being familiar with mold processing technology, understand all kinds of processing equipment and processing method of machining.
4. Being familiar with mold quality control process.
5. Being familiar with various engineering plastic material characteristics.
6. Understanding of injection molding process or metal stamping process and troubleshooting.
7. Skillful use of Microsoft Office, AutoCad, and proficient in using Pro/E or UG.
